Ferox Partners are recruiting for an Insurance Advisor to join a highly successful, employee-owned insurance broking business in Taunton. This is a genuine career opportunity for someone who loves building relationships and solving problems, no insurance experience required but a background in either a phone based or client facing sales environment is essential.

· Competitive salary in line with industry expectations, dependent on experience, plus uncapped commission structure

The Role
Working within a Consumer & Local Commercial team, you’ll speak directly with clients to understand their circumstances and put together tailored insurance solutions. Full on-the-job training is provided, along with support toward industry-recognised qualifications.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Building relationships with new and existing clients through consultative conversations
· Understanding client needs and designing bespoke insurance solutions
· Working toward recognised industry qualifications with full training support
· Developing specialist knowledge in niche areas (motor, classic vehicles, marine, fine art, and more)
· Progressing toward leadership opportunities within the business
What We’re Looking For
· Strong communication and rapport-building skills
· A background in sales or client-facing work (insurance experience not required)
· An entrepreneurial, curious mindset
· Genuine ambition and a desire to build a long-term career
· A problem-solving approach, comfortable with bespoke rather than one-size-fits-all solutions
