Business Development Executive – Financial Solutions
Location: Poole (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80,000)

In this role you will be sourcing new clients through new and existing customers. The role is telesales based with hybrid working. The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling and build long-term client relationships with high customer service and account management.
- Engage with professionals at a senior level, both over the phone and in person.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to represent the company.
- Leverage a database of 9,000 potential clients to drive growth and meet ambitious targets.
- Provide tailored financial solutions such as tax liability loans, VAT funding, and professional indemnity insurance.
- Attend networking events and promote the company and group of companies.
What We’re Looking For
- Competent telephone skills including cold calling & prospecting
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage senior professionals in B2B environments.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven.
- Open to candidates from a range of industries (e.g., recruitment, banking, estate agencies).
- Experience in high-volume call environments (40-50 calls/day) is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to network, attend events, and build professional relationships.
- Based locally (e.g., Poole, Wimborne, Blandford, Salisbury) with flexibility to travel to London, Manchester, and Southampton for training and events.
