Sales Account Manager
Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
Salary and Benefits: £40,000 – £60,000 base + OTE + Car & Fuel Card

We’re looking for someone from Business Development/ Project Manager/ Executive Client Manager/ Sales Account manager to lead strategic client relationships, manage long-term contracts, and grow revenue across our technical product and service portfolio.
Drive Sales Growth: Convert high-quality leads, create compelling proposals, and close deals across PA, VA, and AV solutions.
Client Leadership: Ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients throughout delivery and support.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
Project Oversight: Manage installations and service delivery, ensuring quality and satisfaction from end to end.
Team Collaboration: Support and educate team members across commercial and technical areas.
Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data and provide updates on pipeline, revenue, and account activity.
Competitive Salary: £40,000–£60,000 base + realistic OTE
