Sales Account Manager

Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire

Salary and Benefits: £40,000 – £60,000 base + OTE + Car & Fuel Card 

Working pattern: Hybrid Working & Fulltime 

Are you a driven, relationship-focused professional with experience in public address (PA), voice alarm (VA), or audio-visual (AV) systems? This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking technology company that delivers cutting-edge communication and video security solutions across major UK events, infrastructure, transport, defence, and more.

We’re looking for someone from Business Development/ Project Manager/  Executive Client Manager/ Sales Account manager to lead strategic client relationships, manage long-term contracts, and grow revenue across our technical product and service portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Sales Growth: Convert high-quality leads, create compelling proposals, and close deals across PA, VA, and AV solutions.

  • Client Leadership: Ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients throughout delivery and support.

  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.

  • Project Oversight: Manage installations and service delivery, ensuring quality and satisfaction from end to end.

  • Team Collaboration: Support and educate team members across commercial and technical areas.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data and provide updates on pipeline, revenue, and account activity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in business development, sales or project management in either one: PA, VA, or AV sectors
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Technically confident, ideally with a background in AV/ PA/ VA installation or engineering
  • Used to Account management and ensuring SLA’s are met
  • someone with a willingness and drive to learn and grow in the role and seize the opportunities presented to you.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
