Job: Client Manager
Location: Bournemouth with flexible working (hybrid after probation)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 DOE + uncapped commission (OTE £45k)
We’re looking for Client Managers from a bookkeeper background to join a fast-growing, award finalist, modern bookkeeping firm with offices in Bournemouth. This role is due to growth and offer excellent flexibility and earning potential.
The role:
Manage your own client portfolio and accounts
Lead onboarding, reviews, and reporting (VAT, CIS, MI packs, etc.)
Build strong client relationships and provide proactive solutions
Support and supervise trainees while ensuring quality
Work with cloud-based systems (Xero, Excel, etc.)
About you:
AAT Level 4 (or equivalent) qualified / working towards
Strong bookkeeping experience with portfolio management
Confident communicator with attention to detail
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
Organised, proactive, and client-focused
