Ferox Partners is working with a leading organisation in the environmental services sector to find a talented Marketing Executive who is self motivated and will work with the other divisions to help create relevant marketing campaigns. This is a newly created role, which comes with a huge opportunity and succession planning, offering the opportunity to shape and lead marketing initiatives from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and advertising materials.
- Manage the company’s online presence including website updates, SEO, and paid digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilise CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Organise and coordinate marketing events and trade shows.
- Maintain brand consistency and support reputation management.
- Monitor marketing budgets and report on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong digital focus.
- Proven experience in campaign management and digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
