Ferox Partners is recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm in Bournemouth and Poole for an Onboarding / New Business Executive to join their Residential Property team.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role focused on managing new business enquiries, onboarding clients, and building relationships with estate agents and third parties. You’ll work closely with the Head of Department to allocate work and ensure a smooth client journey.

Key Responsibilities

Handle new enquiries, provide quotes, and onboard clients
Allocate work to fee earners and support the legal team
Build relationships with estate agents and partners
Maintain accurate case files and support administrative processes
Monitor client satisfaction and suggest service improvements

About You

Strong communication and sales skills
Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
Previous experience in property, estate agency, or legal admin preferred
Confident using MS Office and case management systems
