Based in Loughborough, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and Commercial Account Executives playing a crucial role in supporting clients, ranging from sole traders to MDs and CEOs of large organizations.

What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external contacts to meet service and compliance standards.
- Review client documentation meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness, supporting the quoting process.
- Support Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention while exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements.
- Efficiently process data to support high-quality client service, streamline internal processes, and provide valuable insights for analysis.
