Business Development Manager
Location: Hampshire
Salary: Up to £60k base plus car and commission, team bonus and company benefits.
Working pattern: Remote with 1day at the head office on outskirts of Southampton
Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours, Monday–Friday
Contract: Permanent
Ferox Partners are supporting a leading building services organisation to hire a Business Development Manager—a proactive, relationship-focused professional who will drive growth across Projects and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys opening doors, building credibility, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Working for a dynamic company who are incredibly supportive and looking for a self-starter who wants to drive their own desk.
The Role
You’ll lead outbound sales activity, build a strong pipeline, and guide early-stage opportunities through the sales process before handing them over to delivery teams. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key part in shaping future revenue.
