HR Business Partner
- Location: Southampton
- Salary: £45,000-£47,500
- Location: Based at head office- Southampton and across the Branches as per business needs
- Hours: 40 Hour week- 08.30- 5pm with some flex on hours if required.
Ferox Partners are working with a well-established multi-site organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team.
Reporting to the HR Director, this role will partner closely with managers across the business to provide proactive HR guidance, support employee relations matters and help deliver key people initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting managers across a multi-site operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to provide HR advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle
- Support recruitment activity and help identify solutions to reduce agency usage
- Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and consultation processes
- Support performance management, engagement and people development initiatives
- Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation
- Contribute to HR reporting, people metrics and wider HR projects across the business
- Travel to sites to coach and support managers on people matters
About You
- Either Studying or qualified CIPD
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations processes
- Experience supporting managers within a multi-site or operational environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience of TUPE or organisational change would be advantageous
- Experience delivering learning and development initiatives is advantageous
