Internal Account Manager- Broker
Location: Poole (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £35,000+ comission up to 75% of salary

Key Responsibilities
- Build new and develop existing relationships with introducers
- Support introducers in placing business effectively
- Promote the company’s proposition to win new business
- Help introducers achieve positive outcomes
- Drive performance to meet and exceed target
- Strong relationship management and building relationships through meetings expos, entertainment etc
About You
- Must have: Experience working within an introducer or broker environment
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Proven ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
- A proactive and motivated approach
- Knowledge of credit and underwriting (desirable, not essential)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm can be flexible if needed
- Hybrid working (Poole office and home)
- Occasional travel for meetings and industry events

- Up to £35k base+ comission of 75% salary
