Sales Executive- Hospitality

- Hours: 40 hours per week- Permanent, Full-Time
- Salary : Up to £30k base
Ferox Partners are working with a leading sports and events affiliated company who are looking for a Sales Executive to support the Hospitality division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and customer-focused individual to join a fast-paced sales team. You will need to enjoy supporting client both on the telephone and face to face as this will be hosting clients and supporting the hospitality division.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing hospitality client relationships, supporting sales activity, and delivering a high-quality experience across domestic and international events.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and private hospitality clients
- Drive repeat business and support new sales opportunities
- Coordinate guest requirements including dietary needs, parking, and special requests
- Manage pre-event communications such as tickets, menus, and itineraries
- Ensure booking data is accurate and up to date
- Host and support guests on event days, acting as a key point of contact
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery
- Gather client feedback to improve future experiences
About You
- Experience in customer service and B2B sales and enjoy liaising with clients face to face or on the telephone
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Due to the role being hospitality focused, you will need to be flexible depending on events and business needs
- Full UK driving licence
Advantageous:
- If you have experience in hospitality or events sales, ticketing systems, and knowledge of the local area or cricket.
