Account Manager – Technical Services
Salary and benefits: £60k – £65k base £70,000–£80,000 OTE + car allowance and more
Working pattern: WFH with one day at HO Romsey and one day in Ringwood Technical services office and or travel to client sites etc

Manage a portfolio of Tier 2 accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Lead contract renewals and expansions
Oversee service delivery, working closely with internal teams to resolve any issues
Support new business development through lead generation and networking
You must have experience in an account management or similar client-facing role within building, construction, facilities, maintenance or property management.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Sales or service-driven background
Proficient in CRM systems
Full UK driving licence required
