Account Manager – Building Services
Salary and benefits: £70,000–£80,000 OTE with a base of £50k-60k + Benefits
Working pattern: Full time office based, with occasional WFH and or travel to client sites etc

The organisation has gone from strength to strength and due to growth are now looking for an Account Manager who is client focused, keen to add value and thrives in the building industry.
Manage a portfolio of Tier 2 accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Lead contract renewals and expansions
Oversee service delivery, working closely with internal teams to resolve any issues
Support new business development through lead generation and networking
You must have experience in an account management or similar client-facing role within building, construction, facilities, maintenance or property management.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Sales or service-driven background
Proficient in CRM systems
Full UK driving licence required
£70,000–£80,000 DOE
