Ferox Partners is recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a leading supplier in their field. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and fast-paced team in Nursling, Southampton.

The Role
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring orders, invoices, and stock records are processed efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is organised and enjoys working with data and accounts administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling general administrative tasks to support the team
- Raising sales invoices and completing the monthly invoice run
- Preparing quarterly draw-down documents for lenders
- Processing supplier invoices, matching them to purchase orders
- Managing data input and stock control to ensure accurate records
- Assisting with order processing and PO number reconciliation
- Credit control – Chasing debt, reconciling the sales invoices and liaising with the sales team to resolve any queries.
- Handling customer enquiries and taking payments
- Setting up new customers on accounts software
- Handling general administrative tasks to support the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of transactional finance – purchase ledger, sales ledger, dealing with invoices is a necessity for the role.
- You must have a confident manner dealing with the clients and resolving queries through to chasing outstanding payments.
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experience with Sage, SAP, or Insphire is desirable)
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
- A friendly and professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.
