Salary: Up to £95k base plus commission and team bonus and company benefits.
Working pattern: Remote with 1day at the head office on outskirts of Southampton

Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours, Monday–Friday

Ferox Partners are supporting a leading building services organisation to hire a Business Development Director—a senior commercial leader responsible for driving new business across Projects and core Service divisions in Hard Facilities Management (FM). Reporting to the Head of Sales and Business development this role will play a lead role in supporting the strategic growth of the team and ultimately the business.
This role suits an experienced business developer with strong sector networks and the ability to convert opportunity into long-term revenue and thrives in offering solutions and solving problems whilst having a strategic and commercial outlook.
The Role
Ferox Partners are looking for someone to lead new client acquisition, shape sales strategy, and build a high-quality pipeline across healthcare, defence, commercial, engineering, and manufacturing. Working with senior leadership, you’ll own the early stages of the client lifecycle before handing over to Account Management for ongoing growth.
