Job Title: Client Manager / Bookkeeper
Location: Remote, with 1 office day/month (Bournemouth & Basingstoke)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000 – £36,000 per year, £45,000 OTE

The Role:
As a Client Manager, you’re not just managing numbers—you’re driving real impact. Your role includes:
Managing client accounts, ensuring all KPIs and deliverables (MI packs, VAT, CIS, etc.) are met.
Leading client onboarding, including proposals, AML checks, migrations, and training.
Conducting quarterly reviews to optimise client value and improve processes.
Identifying discrepancies before they become problems and finding proactive solutions.
Helping clients understand their finances to support their growth.
Building strong, tailored client relationships with an adaptable approach.
Keeping up with software and regulatory training to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Delegating and supervising trainee work while maintaining high-quality standards.
