Corporate Sales Manager
Location: South UK-based | Hybrid (1 day/week in office)
Employment: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary and benefit: Base salary up to £47,500 DOE + car allowance + bonus
Ferox Partners are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation in the waste management sector, seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to join their expanding team. This newly created role will focus on winning and managing large corporate accounts across the UK.
We’re looking for a high-performing, self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in national business development and corporate client acquisition within the waste industry. The role is based in the South of England and will require attendance at the company’s head office at least once per week, with national travel as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and acquire large corporate clients across the UK.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Understand client needs and provide tailored, solution-based proposals.
Lead pricing negotiations and contract closure.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reporting.
What You’ll Need:
You MUST have Proven experience in national sales within the waste industry.
Strong history of exceeding targets in a B2B sales environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely and on the road.
Full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits:
Base salary up to £47,500, depending on experience
