Role: Customer Care administrator

Location: Fair Oak, Southampton

Contract: 6 Month (Maternity cover)

Salary: up to £32k base

Ferox Partners are pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded and recognisable name in property development. Known for their fun, vibrant culture and quality homes, they’re now seeking a proactive Customer Care Administrator to join the team on a 6-month maternity cover.

The Role:

As Customer Care Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting homeowners after completion. You’ll be handling enquiries, coordinating remedial works, and keeping everything running smoothly between customers, site teams, and contractors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handling incoming customer queries and complaints via phone and email
  • Sending welcome emails and conducting post-completion calls
  • Managing a database of customer information and updating weekly reports
  • Coordinating inspections and remedial works with site managers and subcontractors
  • Ordering materials and liaising with multiple departments
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support for the customer care team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Customer Care or Customer Service (Construction or Property sector ideal)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Positive attitude, team-focused and always looking to go the extra mile
  • Must be able to drive and have access to your own car due to office location
