The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established, internationally connected company with a small, friendly Winchester office and a wider network spanning Europe and beyond. They’re looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to take ownership of their Accounts Payable function — a varied, hands-on role with real responsibility and excellent exposure to senior finance leadership.
The Role
You’ll be joining a close-knit finance team responsible for managing accounts across the UK and Irish offices. Working alongside the Financial Controller and CFO, you’ll play a key part in keeping the finance function running smoothly day to day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining and reconciling supplier accounts and statements
- Managing credit card and expense processing
- Creating fortnightly payment runs
- Resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting other areas of the finance department as needed
- Attending monthly meetings with the Financial Controller and CFO
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year + Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Studying towards or in the early stages of AAT
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident in Microsoft Excel
- Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and willing to help a small team wherever you can
- Able to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively
Salary and Benefits:

- A minimum of 3 days in the Winchester office with the remainder working from home.
