Financial Controller
Ferox Partners are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to support out client- reporting to the FD with the the running of the day to day finance function. The role will be a key in supporting senior leadership with high-quality reporting, compliance, and commercial insight, whilst managing a small team.

This role will support the FD and work closely with the MD and Heads of department. Key projects for this role includes: automation, improving processes, utilisation of AI within the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the finance function within a growing business and play a key role in shaping its financial performance.
Preparation of monthly Board packs with clear analysis and commentary
Lead year-end process and manage external audit
Oversee statutory accounts and financial compliance
Manage CIS, VAT, construction compliance, and National Statistics reporting
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Business partner with Heads of Departments to drive performance
Manage and develop a finance team of two, fostering a positive and empowered culture
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong technical accounting and compliance knowledge
Experience in CIS and construction sector (essential)
Confident supporting Board level
A hands-on leader who motivates and develops others
