Role Overview
Ferox Partners are excited to be working with a growing business, based in Witney, Oxfordshire, to recruit a Human Resources Manager.
You will be responsible for managing the HR function during a transitional and high growth stage. This is an exciting, all encompassing HR role, where you will work with the Senior Leadership team and be able to make the role your own, putting your stamp on processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Help transition the HR function from a management team led function.
- Create and implement a HR policy, review all processes and procedures.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including foreign nationals and sponsorship.
- Deliver a structured onboarding process to ensure new recruits are effectively integrated into the organisation by using all resource available.
- Work with team leaders to review current training across the departments and develop a comprehensive structure of training to fit their development needs.
- Facilitate management and employee relations where required.
- Oversee the employee development review (EDR) system, the competency matrixes, and review training processes across the company.
Candidate Profile
Essential
- Strong all round HR experience, ideally gained from a project based background
- Self-motivated, organised and professional approach
- Confident dealing with a diverse group of individuals
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with recruitment tools and social media is a plus.
- Team Player: able to uphold the company’s ethic and commercial direction while creating a balanced and fair work environment.
