The office in Chichester is newly refurbished and growing! No previous insurance experience needed – just bring energy, enthusiasm and a great client servicing ethic.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills – Previous experience in a role where you have been engaging with clients and building rapport.
- Sales and customer service experience – Ideally, you have worked in a target-driven environment.
- Background in insurance sales, banking, finance preferred. – However, full training will be provided.
- Ambition and initiative – If you’re eager to progress, this company’s policy of in-house promotion will ensure you have a clear pathway to career success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with clients – Handle inquiries confidently both in person and over the phone.
- Building strong relationships – Develop and maintain lasting connections with existing and new clients.
- Providing expert advice – Offer tailored insurance solutions while maintaining a professional and approachable manner.
- Driving sales success – Use your communication skills and enthusiasm to contribute to business growth.
