Ferox Partners are working with a well-established organisation to recruit a Office Administrator to support the smooth running of their Head Office in Fair Oak.
This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors, while also supporting the wider team with administration and office coordination.
The Role
You will play a key part in maintaining a professional and organised office environment while supporting the Office Manager and wider team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors and managing reception
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Managing meeting room bookings and supporting meetings/events with refreshments
- Maintaining and supporting the Office manager with the compliance and course loading of employees as well as systems and supporting general administration
- Keeping reception, meeting rooms and office areas tidy and well organised
- Monitoring and ordering office, kitchen and PPE supplies
- Assisting with onboarding tasks and employee administration
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, or office administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident user of Microsoft products, Excel, CRMs, Powerpoint etc
- A friendly, professional and proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support a busy office environment
Salary & Benefits
- Circa £27,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience)
