Product & Marketing Executive
Location: Southampton (Office based)
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Ferox Partners are excited to be working with a well established, international manufacturing business, to recruit a Product and Marketing Executive. This varied role combines product management, pricing support and marketing responsibilities, offering the opportunity to take ownership of key projects and play a crucial role in the growth of the business.
You will be involved in new product introductions, product lifecycle management, pricing activities and the delivery of marketing campaigns, while working closely with colleagues across sales, finance, operations and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Evaluate new product opportunities through market research, competitor analysis and commercial assessment.
- Coordinate and manage product launches from planning through to post-launch review.
- Develop product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
- Maintain accurate product, pricing and specification data across business systems and marketing materials.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product development and portfolio decisions.
- Manage pricing activities, including customer and dealer price lists, annual reviews and bespoke pricing agreements.
Marketing
- Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans and campaign activity.
- Produce and maintain brochures, catalogues, sales materials, website content and other marketing collateral.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters and customer communications.
- Support promotional campaigns, dealer initiatives and customer-facing marketing activities.
- Assist with the organisation and delivery of exhibitions, webinars, conferences and product demonstrations, including occasional international travel.
- Monitor website content and support reporting on campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in a product, marketing, sales support, pricing or commercial administration role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Confident written and verbal communicator.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret market, pricing and performance data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Pro-active, self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
Desirable
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, website content management systems or analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Experience working within a product led, manufacturing or distribution environment.
Working Environment
- Office based role within a shared, open-plan office and free on site parking.
- No direct reports.
- Occasional travel, including attendance at overseas events and exhibitions, may be required.
Salary circa £35k – £40k plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
