Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Midlands

Location: Midlands, UK
Salary: circa £40-£45k depending on experience+ Bonus uncapped + Company Car
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, remote with travel to client sites and occasional travel to head office in Southampton.

Ferox Partners is working on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the professional cleaning industry to recruit a commercially focused and driven Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take ownership of a key territory, managing a portfolio of distributor and end-user accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

The role is offered with a small sales team and offers an already successful territory and you will be coming into a “warm desk” where the client is looking for someone to look after the existing accounts whilst driving new business.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering revenue, volume, and profitability targets across a defined portfolio of accounts. You’ll work with distributors, contractors, local authorities, and other end users to grow market presence and support brand development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage distributor accounts and various end-user clients.
  • Identify and win new business across the Midlands region.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and business reviews.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and support supply chain planning.
  • Attend trade shows and regular sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales Admin, and Supply Chain.

About you:

  • Ideally circa 2-3 years’ territory/area sales experience.
  • Driven and dynamic with a passion for building long lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proven account management skills with distributors and end-users.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in B2B sales of capital goods and products ideally from a cleaning industry or equivalent.
  • You will need to be self motivated, enjoy driving to client sites, have “think outside the box” attribute, to utilise the data available to you for quick wins.

Additional Info

  • You must have a Full UK driving license required (less than 7 points).
  • This is a field-based role requiring independent working and travel across the Midlands with occasional overnight stays to really maximise your time across the territory.
