Role: Sales Executive 

Location: Office-Based (Nursling, Southampton)

Salary: £25k-  £30k base + bonus depending on experience

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in handling incoming enquiries, managing orders, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and maximise revenue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, proactive, and results-driven individual who thrives in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing orders, raising invoices, taking payments, and managing stock
  • Being proactive in identifying sales opportunities and maximising cross-sell potential
  • Coordinating deliveries and logistics with internal teams and third-party hauliers
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM
  • Providing outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-motivated, target-driven salesperson who thrives in a competitive environment
  • Someone with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships
  • A well-organised individual with great attention to detail, particularly when working with data and stock management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Previous experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required

What’s on Offer?

  • £25,000- £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Bonus- Team and individual performance based
  • Free onsite parking- must be able to drive to remote location
  • 30 days to use for hybrid working per annum
  • 25 days annual leave+ bank holidays
  • Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week)
