The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in handling incoming enquiries, managing orders, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and maximise revenue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, proactive, and results-driven individual who thrives in a sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders, raising invoices, taking payments, and managing stock
- Being proactive in identifying sales opportunities and maximising cross-sell potential
- Coordinating deliveries and logistics with internal teams and third-party hauliers
- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Providing outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-motivated, target-driven salesperson who thrives in a competitive environment
- Someone with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships
- A well-organised individual with great attention to detail, particularly when working with data and stock management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
What’s on Offer?
