Senior Account Director – Building Services
Salary: £60k- £80k base and OTE: £90,000–£100,000 + Benefits

Location: Romsey

Working Pattern: Full time office based with occasional working from home and client site for meetings etc. 

Ferox Partners is working with a dynamic and values-led building services provider to appoint a Senior Account Director. This is a high-impact role suited to a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset, proven experience in driving new business, and the credibility to engage confidently with C-suite and senior stakeholders.

You’ll play a key role in shaping account growth, strengthening key client relationships, and helping steer long-term commercial success within a purpose-driven, sustainability-focused business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high retention, satisfaction, and strategic alignment

  • Engage directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers to understand and support client priorities

  • Develop and implement detailed growth plans, delivering cross-selling and upselling opportunities

  • Drive new business by identifying and securing opportunities across target markets

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close with a consultative, solutions-led approach

  • Oversee contract renewals and lead high-value negotiations

  • Ensure excellent service delivery by collaborating closely with operations and technical teams

  • Deliver on a sales strategy that supports 15% year-on-year growth targets

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior account leadership role within building or construction services, or facilities, maintenance or property management

  • Strong understanding of PPM, lifecycle projects, and reactive maintenance

  • Ability to influence and build trust with C-suite and senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrated success in client retention, revenue growth, and strategic account development

  • Commercially savvy, with experience negotiating complex service contracts

  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and confident leading both clients and internal teams

  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales forecasting
