Job Overview
Ferox Partners are excited to be supporting an established services company, with their search for an Internal Recruitment Consultant. Working alongside the HR Team, the Internal recruitment team are a small division, supporting the business to recruit across multiple locations.
You will be responsible for seeing the recruitment process through, from conception to placement; partnering with hiring managers, to scope out and advise on their hiring requirements, attract and engage with candidates, managing negotiations and then the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop quality relationships with internal and external contacts
- Support hiring managers to agree vacancy requirements, job descriptions and approvals
- Deal with queries relating to the recruitment process
- Create and publish job adverts, utilising a wide range of platforms to advertise roles
- Source and connect with suitable candidates
- Manage job listings and monitor incoming applications via the applicant tracking system
- Screen and shortlist candidates, moving them through the various pipelines within the recruitment system
- Manage employment offers to successful candidates, including negotiating employment terms and finalising offers
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or internal recruitment roles, preferably within a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft, along with HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across various channels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Package
- Salary £38000 – £45000 depending on experience
